UI/UX management
I managed and improved intranet/internet platforms: content, structure, governance, and continuous optimisation. Improved usability for key target groups (including older users): clear, accessible, and logically organised. Coordinated web projects end-to-end: planning, stakeholder alignment, testing, and release. Translate colleagues' needs into practical digital solutions and workflow improvements. Collaborated with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/developers to ensure functionality and quality. Managed and developed image/photo library: Implemented and maintained image library in Extensis Portfolio Server - 80GB photo content.
